User Data Deletion Policy

All users have the right to request the deletion of their personal information stored in our systems.

Request Procedure

Users must send an email to hola@pymbu.com with:

- Subject: "Data deletion request" - Full name - Associated email address - Brief description of the request

The company may require additional information to verify your identity.

Timeframes

Once the complete request is received, we will proceed to delete the data within a maximum of 10 business days.

Exceptions to Deletion

Information may be retained if it is:

- Required to comply with legal or contractual obligations - Subject to ongoing legal proceedings - Required to resolve disputes or enforce the Terms and Conditions

Scope of Deletion

Data is permanently deleted from active systems. Data in backup archives may temporarily remain before final automatic deletion.
